A conversation is considered "resolved" when the customer received a complete answer from the AI and did not follow up with the same question within 5 minutes. We track this automatically and provide monthly reports in your dashboard.
The guarantee applies after at least 100 conversations. If your bot receives fewer than 100 messages in 30 days, we'll extend your trial period until that threshold is reached, up to 60 days total.
The guarantee covers the one-time setup fee. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period has started. However, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
After a refund is processed, the bot service will be deactivated. You'll retain access until the current billing period ends. All your conversation data will be available for export for 30 days after deactivation.
